I didnt men anyithng...after all, the thread is called Harry Potter and Dreams...doesnt specifically mean harry potter-type dreams...although we should mention him here and there...this is, after all, hp forum...but i was liking our conversation..it was quite interesting!

I had a lucid dream once (these usually happen in the early morning before waking where the dreamer is just coming out of deep sleep (where nightmares usually occur) and is in a sort of twighlight zone where you are vaguely aware of whats going on)

I was in the castle, and lots of students were walking past me, in the opposite way to which i was going, so i was pulled back. Then snape came out a classroom and looked at me. By the most of the students had disappeared, and snape put a charm on me, where i couldn't see. it was like a big cloud over my glasses (i wear glasses) and i couldn't run either. Whenever i tried to get away or move i just fell over. There were these hands trying to grab me and pull me up. this is when i realised this was a dream, and I stood up straight and shouted 'RUN!' and i did. i still couldn't see very well, but as i ran i began to see more. Snape and a load of other teachers were running after me through the corridors. I burst into a classroom and there was another snape at the desk. I heard a loud, slow buzzing, like hearing a low pitched phone underwater. I looked around but no-one else could hear it. I was really scared and tried to get away, but i couldn't see again. i woke up, to the sound of my buzzer and a white pillow over my face.
Perhaps the pillow was like the cloud, so i couldn't see. I dunno about the running tho. i've had lots of dreams where i can't run.

Wierd. I have dreams about whatever I was doing before i o to bed, so long as i go to sleep after 11 at night.

kewl ive had many a dream bout Hp (sum of em im not gnna say to personall lol) one of em was a qudditch game it was kewl and i kept gettin hit by bludgers it was weired!

I don't usually nightdream abotu books - usually daydream tho! I dream about tv shows or films. Among my faves r Stargate, Angel, Buffy, The matrix, Pokemon (sorry! not my fault i had to watch it with the ppl i babysit 4!) and More Angel. The Hp dream will stay in my mind tho.

i had another dream last nite! I was reading the 3rd book til 12.30 tho...

I was in a place like a shopping centre, but much bigger. It was a massive rectangular place with a really high ceiling and there were 2 or 3 floors, like balconies. there was a fountain towards the right end. The wall at the right end had fallen in, revealing a forest, jungle like place. Then Sirius Black was there (how i imagined him tho, theres no pictures of him.) He told me to sit on a bench nearby and not move. I did for a while, but i wandered off into the jungle. Then I saw snape, Black and a few unknown ppl wearing wizard stuff. One of them was wearing really bright pink, tramping thru the forest chasing a load of DINOSAURS! I called out. They all turned round and Snape had half his face missing, like it had been slashed off. Only an eye and nose remained, and one of Blacks arms had come off and there was blood everywhere. They shouted at me to stay back but i followed anyway. One of the dinos came after me, so i jumped down a giant cliff. You know that horrible feeling you get when you jump down a long way, like roller coasters? well it was worse then that. I landed at the bottom, ran in a big arc thru the trees and came back to the cliff. Just then, one of the dinos jumped down after me, there was a great big thud like an earthquake. It turned around and had Snape in its mouth and all his insides were out (!) and he was trying to get out of the jaws but there was blood everywhere and he was screaming and i couldn't help....
God it was awful. I woke up all nervous and shaky cos all the blood...
I was thinking about it all day....

Okay, this is really weird! The big place, with high ceilings, a fountain, (though mine is in the middle of the first level) is so much like the same "dream pool" I start out in. The only thing is that my dreams that start there are uually healing, metaphysical, spiritual energies) Sounds like you had to face some heavy fears. I don't envy you there.

Sure go ahead. I like looking up dreams in dream dictionaries and finding what they r about. I'd like to hear what other ppl think too. It'll be fun to see how many other ppl think i'm a nutjob!

Haha no seriously - if i have any more wierd dreams i'll post em here. i had a REALLY nasty one about a clown that cut peoples tongues out (nothing to do with a film like it, i haven't seen It) but i won't go into it. i had it on Christmas eve too! *sob*

So anyway go ahead and tell me what ppl say ok?

How much do you have invested in this exam? Does it involve a major part of your GPA?

Have you done a lot of studying? Have you given the studying for this exam your all?

If you have, then relax, and picture yourself getting a high grade on your exam. Imagine seeing the grade in your teachers grade blotter, or receiving your exam with a high mark on it.

Hope you don't mind the questions and suggestions.
