The "three" are after Buffy at the Master's command, but Angel helps her survive. Angel must stay in Buffy's room to be safe, but he provides a danger of his own.

So they finally find out about Angel! I admit I found it interesting that Buffy didn't realize he was a vampire before. As the Slayer she is suppose to be able to pick them out of a crowd.

she wasn't even looking, she was blinded by her feelings towards him...

i still have the soundclip on my "empty recycle bin" - "you're not welcome here, you come near us and I'll kill you" - Buffy to Angel after she finds him with her mother in his arms and his "party face" on...

i found it odd that she screamed when she saw his vamp face -- she's seen vampires before -- why would this one be any different? (yeah yeah - she liked him - there's gotta be something else) --

i do like this ep tho ---- nicely done --

love Angel sleeping on the floor of the bedroom - that's just funny -- (think that was this ep -- been a LONG time since i watch it -- happens when you see 5 seasons over the course of 2 1/2 months)

But why did he "turn" at that point? Did he just get over-excited...

you're asking me? haven't watched this ep recently --

don't remember why he turned - have to go back and see if there was something specific or if it was just 'random'

it was after they kissed.... I guess it was as close to happiness as he'd come in a long time, but not *that* close to happiness of course

and i did watch the ep - and know what? i still don't have a clue why he changed then - it was totally random and NO explanation about it ---

well i stick with my analysis as above... the kiss did it..

I mean he'd had practiacally zero contact with humans (see the flashbacks in Ep 1 of Angel) for a hundred years, and now he's fallen for this slayer...the moment of passion, of release, somehting just let go and out came mr vamp....

it makes sense -- (and yes, i've seen the 1st season of Angel - seen the whole series real quick once through -- boy was THAT weird!)
