2.02 : Some Assembly Required

Darryl may be dead, but that doesn't mean he wants to be alone. But he picked the wrong girl to be the face of his dream girl.

ah - the Frankenstein rip-off -- and not a particularly good one at that -

sorry - this ep gets like a 4 - it wasn't really exciting and didn't really do much except make me wanna go grab my Frankenstein video and watch Kenneth Branagh build a real one ----

Yeah, not too impressed with this episode. The Frankenstein theme has been used way too much, and Darryl was annoying rather than scary.
However, there was one great point to this episode, and that's the scene with Giles practising his pick-up lines. That scene is priceless - firstly with Giles talking to the chair, and then the comments by Buffy and Xander. I'm in hysterics every time I watch it! :rolly2:

ya - know - I totally forgot about that scene --

and if I'd remembered it - I would have watched this ep when I got my DVDs --- well - guess I now have a reason to slide this one in!

The plot is still very boring and totally a 'used up' subject --- but - Giles in his humourous moments is something not to be missed!

i thought that this episode had a kinda bad plot, but all of the Giles/Jenny scenes were really great!
