this was weird! that girlfriend was plain creepy to start off with...but i couldnt help liking her by the end...it was kinda sad, really...

Yeah, they handled that real well. April quickly went from dangerous to misguided to pitiful. I do episode summaries for Buffy and at the end of that story I referred to April as Buffy's new friend, because that was what they seemed like sitting on the swings together.

I wonder whatever happened to the April-bot?

If you thought this story was good, wait until you see the next episode - The Body.

do you reckon April just stayed there, or got taken to the tip/rubbish dump...or what? Agree with what you were saying about them being friends in the end...Buffy even looked kinda upset when April 'died'...now i just gotta wait a few days for the next one...roll on thursady!

I hadn't considered the fate of the April-bot... maybe she was used for spare parts for teh other bot that appears in later episodes...

what was the point of this episode?

to intro Warren and foreshadow the 'other' bot?

i mean - i'm all for episodes that aren't realized until later - but was there something else to this episode??

just wildly curious --
