Alexander first appeared in the fourth season episode 'Reunion' when K'Ehleryr returned, and was then killed by Duras, leaving Alexander with Worf. And those Klingon/ human hybrid children do grow very fast, because Alexander was only concieved at the end of the second season, about one and a half years (2 years at maximum) earlier. That episode was 'The Emissary'.

Hmmmm, still confused, er thinking. And it's only been a few months! I think I need the Idiot's Guide to Star Trek math and child aging!!!!!! Anyway you figure it, Alexander aged 5 or more years in about 2 years. Just cannot buy it! And I agree, he looked so cute with Worf. They were so different emotionally/mentally that they played off each other so well. And Alexander was so sweet and funny while Worf is gruff yet with a heart of gold. I just love young Alexander..... Whatever happened to him at the end of DS9? I still have yet to see the final season....... :star::star::star:

Re: Alexander son of Worf according to memory alpha (star trek wiki) klingon children mature far more quickly than human children. at the age of only one earth year a klingon child has the appearance a human child has at age four. by the age of eight earth years, a klingon attains the maturity a human reaches at age sixteen (TNG:reunion,DS9:sons and daughters) hope this helps
