OK I did my homework and searched the net to find out in which episode we see Mac kissing that woman. I'm 99% sure it's in season 3 and if I had to take a wild guess, I'd say The negotiator.

So for the lucky you who have all eps on tape go and do your part of the homework!!! the most enjoyable part, I must say!!!!
