Fan Fic, pass on!!!

Fortunately the narrator who thought chris wasn't too bright was mistaken. It was all a ploy to let the other boy grab Jack's wallet. When he had taken it, Chris and the 'other boy' then opened a can of whoop ass on SG-1 (chris doing mosyt of the work).

SG-1 were left battered and bruised on thr ground while Chris and his new friend nicked of with 3 wallets, 2 GDo's, 2 handguns and 2 mp90's. And also a handful of pocket lint.

SG-1 picked themselves up. Ashamed of their defeat to a 'boy'.

"Is everyone okay?", Jack asked.
Carter: "Fine, sir"
Teal'c: "I am fine"
Daniel: "Ow"



(sorry, i can't think of anything at the moment)

Everyone glanced at Daniel, his leg was in shambles.
"I think it's broken" Daniel tried to move it. "Ow, no its definately broken"..... 'it must of been when that boy touched it, he's brute strenght was too much for me to deal with"

"Well we have to find him", jack said, helping Daniel up.
Sam pulled her goa'uld healing device out of her nack pack and healed Daniel leg.
"Thanks Sam", he said.
"okay, kids", we have a goa'uld to find. Teal'c, take point"

The gang headed out of the bush and made there way in the direction they last saw chris run off to.

"I cant believe that little brat has all of our stuff, he could do some real damage", said Sam.

"Ahh, does anybody remember the REAL problem here? We have a loose goa'uld somewhere, what are we gonna do about him?
We cant let him get away either", said Daniel.

"Should we not split up and look for Shu and Chris?", asked Teal'c.

"Yeah, good thinking, Teal'c, youre with me, we'll go and find Chris, Carter, Daniel, you two find this Shu person", said Jack.

Jack and Teal'c headed off in the direction Chris ran.
Sam and Daniel had absolutely no idea where Shu could be.
"So, where do we start?", asked Sam.

"I have no idea, but its no good just wandering around aimlessly, so I say we go back to the sarcophagus and see if we can find out more about him there, it might give us an idea of where he could be going", answered Daniel.

"I have a question"
Daniel turned to the perplexed voice of Major Carter, as they were walking back to the sarchophagus.

"What was a goald, son of Ra, no less, doing in a sarchophagus all that time? Shouldn't it have healed the goald in a fairly short period of time? Plus, that boy had clothes on, not robes, modern clothes, well, 1957 clothes are not exactly modern, but you know what I mean!"
Daniel looked thoughtful.
" Well, from what I can gather by the symbols, Ra sent Shu to earth during an early battle between the system lords. Shu was only a young larvae, not yet ready for a host. Ra placed him in a sarchophagus and sent him to Earth in a ship manned by serpent guards, which then left him here in hiding."

"Can a larvae goald live in a sarchophagus for that long a time?"

"The sarchophagus would act as an incubator, he not only would survive, but would mature, and once matured, would lie sedentary until the sarchophagus opened, and then take a host. What I can't figure out is why Ra wouldn't have come to get his son, he did after all win."

"Planetary shift, the expanding universe?" Sam queried.
"No, more likely he was told of his sons demise, and didn't know that he was in fact alive."

"Oh."

They walked down the stairs to the sarchophagus. Daniel began video taping the tomb, while Sam studied the Sarchophagus. She slid herself into the tight space between the holds under the ancient coffin.
"Daniel there are inscriptions here."
Daniel joined her under the sarchophagus.
"Wow." He gazed in wonder at the ancient writing.
"What does it say?" Sam tapped her foot impatiently.

Daniel opened his mouth to reply,
Suddenly the Sarcophagus flew off of its holds and crashed to the wall a few feet away. Sam and Daniel scrambled for cover as staffweapon blasts blew rock and shale debri from the cavern walls.

Jack and Teal'c searched the city of Whyalla for this little S*^& Chris.
"Man, I wonder where he is? He's got all of our gear!", said O'Neill.
"If I knew where he was Colonel O'Neill, I would take you there", answered Teal'c.
As the two continued walking, looking in house windows, they heard gun firing and soon realised they were being shot at.
"GET DOWN!!!!!!", yelled Jack.
"O'NEILL! OVER THERE!!!", shouted Teal'c, pointing to a shopping centre rooftop.
Jack and Teal'c ran behind a parked car, to get out of the gun fire.
After many times of trying to see the gunmans face, Jack realised it was Chris. He was standing on the roof, laughing like a maniac shooting at them. Then, all of a sudden, he flew off the roof, and landed with a bone breaking thud. Everything went silent.
They got out from behind the car to see what happened.
Chris was laying on the ground 30 metres away, there was no way he could have survived a fall like that, his arms and legs were all twisted.
"O'Neill, look!", said Teal'c.
Shu was on the roof, his ribbon device still glowing. He was looking at O'Neill with piercing eyes, then he turned and walked off.
"Come on, we've gotta go get out gear back", said Jack.
"O'Neill, do you not think its strange, that Shu killed Chris like that?" said Teal'c. "I would have thought he wanted us dead also"
"I dunno, lets get out stuff and go back to the cave and see what Carter and Daniel have found, theres no way we can find this Shu guy, he just appears and disappears as he likes", answered Jack.

Jack and Tealc quickly grabbed their weapons as people began to file out of the shopping center in shock. They slipped away quietly so to not attract any attention. They didn't see the little old lady who found Chris just a moment later stand and stare after them, eyes flashing Green.

As Carter and Daniel crawled frantically for a large rock to take cover, Daniel was grazed in the shoulder by a staff weapon. he fell, but Carter dragged him to safety. The staff weapon kept firing, but with no guns or zats Carter knew they were in trouble. Unable to see who was firing for the rock falling from the cavern, she tried her best to cover Daniel, who was unconcious and losing alot of blood. Her last thought before she was knocked out by a falling rock was of her team mates.

Tealc and Jack were only 100 metres from the cave when they heard the staff weapon blasts. They sprinted to the entrance and took up cover in position outside.
"ONeill, I see no evidence of any army, there are no guards outside. There cannot be many hostiles."

Jack was about to agree when suddenly the firing stopped. They quickly ran to the entrance and took cover, before entering the cave with weapons raised.

"What the hell!"
Tealc lifted his staff...

....and began shooting wildly at the object. He had no idea who or what it was, but it wasnt friendly, thats for sure! Jack ran into the cave, trying not to get get git by falling rocks and staff fire.
"CARTER!", he yelled at the top of his lungs.

"SIR! OVER HERE!", she yelled back.

Jack quickly made it over to Carter and the badly injured Daniel.
"He's hit pretty bad sir, we've gotta get him out of here fast", said Sam.
Meanwhile, Teal'c was having a shooting match with Shu. Jack saw what was going on and ran over to help. He whipped out his MP90 and began shooting rapidly, but it was no good, Shu had activated his personal defence shield.

"Thats called cheating you know, and arent you supposed to be dead?", asked Jack, noticing that the Goa'uld was now inside Chris.

"I had taken the body of an elderly woman, but she was too slow, so when I saw this 'Chris' fall off the building, I healed him, and changed bodies. This one is younger and fitter, and this boy had a weak mind, it was easy to take over the body. Nothing of the host survives", said Shu.

"Youre wrong!", replied Carter.

"I dont think so", said Shu, "I sense you were once blended with a Goa'uld, were you not?"

"Yes, I was, which just goes to show, the host DOES survive!", answered Sam.

"We will see about that", said Shu, and then, with a press of a button on his hand device, 5 transport rings came down from the top of the cave, and in a flash, Shu was gone.

"Where do you think he's gone??", asked Jack.

"More than likely, he has transported himself to a Goa'uld ship, somewhere in the Earths orbit", answered Carter.

"If he had a ship here, why wouldnt he have attacked Earth straight away?", asked Jack.

"It is possible that he is an outcast. As first prime of Apophis, I heard many stories of outcast Goa'ulds who were not accepted by any of the System Lords", said Teal'c.

"Maybe, and he might not have a big enough army, or no army at all, if he was an outcast. He might have contacted another Goa'uld in the same postion as him, and they might have agreed to let him join them, I mean, he's not gonna do much attacking Earth by himself is he?", said Sam.

"So we're just gonna wait for them to come back with an army now?", asked Jack.

"Sir, I think we should call General Hammond and let him know what is going on, he might want us to go back to the SGC", said Sam.

"Should we not help Daniel Jackson first?", asked Teal'c.

"Oh yeah, forgot about that", replied Jack.

"Its nice to know you care Jack."

Daniel tried unsuccesssfully to sit up without moving his arm.

"Argh!"

"Take it easy Space Monkey!" Jack warned as Carter checked the wound.

"The blood flow seems to have stopped, but he still needs medical help, sir, and I can't do anything without that healing device. "

"Call for the USAF chopper Carter, they are only 20 minutes away at the temporary base."

"Yes Sir" Carter ventured out of the cavern to call.

"Daniel Jackson, are you feeling well?" Tealc enquired, after searching the cavern for any other signs of alien technology.

"Oh, I'm just Peachy Tealc." Daniel quipped, trying in vain to ignore the throbbing pain in his arm.

"HEY!" Jack turned around, a look of indignation on his face. "That's MY line!"

Daniel just shrugged in reply.

"Its a free country Jack."

"Yeah apparently," Jack grumbled.

"Besides, isn't it time you picked up some new phrases?"

Jack glared at him.

Carter re-entered.

"ETA 15 minutes, sir. They are sending a team over to pack up all of this and secure the site."

"Sweet. Lets go home!"

"Sir, I informed the communications team of Shu's disappearence, they have relayed to the general at Base and are currently sweeping radar for any signs of cloaked geo-orbitry by unknown crafts. They will radio back on the flight. "

"Okay..cool! Lets go home!"

carter was looking at him strangely.

"What! It's not that I don't like it here, I just, well, its so hot, and its so dusty."

Carter laughed. "Point taken, sir."

"Hey, don't get me wrong, I like this place, but when I visit next time, i wanna fly in the normal way, commercially on the plane with a kangaroo on its tail, I wanna do NORMAL touristy things, like I dunno, hanging out at the beach, eating meat pies, throwing shrimp on the barbeque, drink Aussie Beer, and watch that stupid half brained blonde guy wrestle crocodiles or whatever it is he does! I don't wanna be chasing Aliens in the middle of some OUTBACK town!"

"Don't let an Aussie hear you say that, Jack, apparently they are fairly sensitive about the world's view on the culture. They think their lifestyle is very different to the worlds view."

Daniel was sitting up and watching Jack with barely contained pain registered on his face.

"Well, I don't know why. And besides, thats what they did on JAG! I saw them, I taped that episode Danny!"

Carter was laughing her head off. Tealc, who had been quitely absorbing the information, raised one eyebrow at the exchange.

They all raised their eyes at the sound of a helicopter overhead.

"Time to go kids!"

Jack and Tealc helped Danny to his feet, and Carter went to direct the chopper down.

Upon landing, a 2 person medical team jumped out and attended to Dr Jackson, giving him morphine and blood transfusions, as well as dressing the wound. Soon he was sleeping soundly as the technologically alien advanced USAF helicopter buzzed its way across the Pacific, carrying four team members of the Earths best kept secret.

The Next Day - Stargate Command.

"Hey! Look at the time! We got here before we even left! Sweet", said Jack, trying to be funny.

"Well Sir, thats because of the..." started Carter.

"AYY!! I know why! I was just saying", interuppted Jack.

"I see", said Sam, quietly.

Jack gave her a weird sarcastic look, but turned before Sam noticed.
Sg1 were stiing at the table in the briefing room, awaiting General Hammonds arrival. Several minutes later, he arrived.

"Okay people", he said, "we've got a serious problem on our hands"

"We sure do", said Jack.

"Anybody got an idea of a time frame for a possible attack by this Goa'uld?", asked Hammond.

"We cannot be certain General Hammond. We must wait for Shu to build up an army", answered Teal'c.

"Well, itll be even less time if he has formed some sort of an alliance with another one of these 'outcasts'. Providing they have a start of an army, I doubt it would take very long to build it up", said Daniel.

"Yeah, but we cant know that for sure. We dont even know where he is! When the sarcophagus opened, it might have activated the ship to come straight here. He might be on his own, but he might have an army ready and waiting for his return", said Sam.

"So...? What?", asked Jack.

"I say we contact the Tok'ra, see what they know about him, they might be able to lend a hand", said General Hammond.

"I agree", said Teal'c.

"Okay, Daniel, you go and find out whatever you can about this Goa'uld, Major, you can contact the Tok'ra, Teal'c, you can help Doctor Jackson, and Colonel, you can do....whatever it is you usually do", said Hammond, "Dismissed"

Daniel and Teal'c left immediately as Daniel was so keen to find out whatever he could about Shu.

"Hey", Jack said to Sam, "Maybe you'll get to see Dad"

"Maybe", she said, as she walked out of the room.

By now, Jack was sitting in the Briefing Room by himself, humming happily. Suddenly, the alarms went off. Jack ran into the Control room.
