Do you have an eight-track cartridge machine to play that on? I have here an eight-track cartridge (still shrink wrapped) of Alain Morisod joue "concerto pour Noël", which, having mastered I can guarantee is worse, far worse than anything so far mentioned, but its immense destructive power gathered at no small risk to life, mental stability and eardrums is rendered harmless by the lack of any way to play it.

Uh . . . . um . . . . well no, not exactly. But it can arranged! Yeah . . . . sure . . . . I mean how hard can this be? We could even provide an excellent simulacrum by taping a microphone hooked up to a P.A. system to a circular saw as we run it through a pile of iron filings and scrap sheet metal . . . . That'll subjugate our detractors! . . . . Okay, quit staring at me like that! I mean, it was a minor oversight that anyone bent on world conquest could have made! Sheesh!

Metal Machine Music is for lightweights, it's not nearly impressive enough. How about Alvin Lucier's "Music On A Long Thin Wire" or Cornelius cardew's "Treatise" or La Monte Young's "The Well Tuned Piano"?
