It would be simplist to try and erradicate all human life on the planet, this would be the only way to attain world domination, you can never dominate any one being completely. Genocide is the only solution.
In my humble opinion though domination is impossible, to even try would be useless. In order to gain world dominance it would take a great amount of effort and commitment. Civilisation is too lazy to bother such things now. We would rather be slaves than the slave-masters.....its easier.

First, I would arrange to have myself hired at an entry level position within the Coca Cola Corporation. From there, ruthlessly worming my way up the corporate ladder I would finally become Chief Executive Officer. And it is here that the real fun would begin: I would sereptitiously introduce into the cola syrup a mind control narcotic that would turn the drinker into a zombie that would do my bidding. By the time anyone wised up to my diabolical scheme a huge portion of the world's population would already be under my control.

Immediately establishing myself as world dictator would, of course, be the next stage of the game. And believe me, heads are gonna roll, bigtime.

For starters I would abolish all nuclear weapons and completely divert the defense department spending of all nations towards libraries, art endowment programs and funding for architecture, literature, performing and visual arts commissions and scholarships. Special interest lobbyists would be shot on sight if they are found within 500 yards of a legislator or judge. Civil servants, judges, police officers and politicians caught violating the public's trust through acts of corruption will be executed upon conviction without an appeals process. The same goes for corporate executives committing fraud, murderers and rapists. The rest of the criminal population would be given a genuine opportunity for rehabilitatation through structured, state-funded counseling and work training programs. Those who choose not to rehabilitate will be imprisoned for life without parole. Millions in funds earmarked by prior administrations for prison construction would be channeled into new and larger schools. Corporate executives would no longer be permitted salaries 15 times greater than that of their employees - a cap of only 5 times will be allowed by law. A mandate would demand that all teacher's starting salaries (kindergarten through grade 12) would begin at $60,000.00 per annum, plus a full benefits/health care package. (Needless to mention, the applicants who would be accepted would be the creme of the crop of the major universities and undergo a battery of psychological tests to assure that they would be appropriate to teach youngsters.) Children are a nation's wealth, so, accordingly, the next logical step would be to introduce public flogging for negligent parents and mandatory sterilization for abusive ones.

I would also place a ban on the music of Pat Boone.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg!

I'm afraid you've been beaten to it, Curt. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news: I thought everyone knew that we were being brainwashed by the multinational corperations. The only reason we aren't down on the floor begging for scraps is that all the different mind control narcotics (almost) cancel each other out.
