personally, i was not disappointed when the i read the second book. i thought that the plotline was great, and it kept me in suspense about who was behind the crimes that were going on. the characters were developed even more, and we got to see different sides of them. I loved this book, anyone else?

Book two was very good, but i like book 4 better. At the time when i read it, book 1 was the best because it was a whole new world to read about. Book 2 was very suspenseful and i thought Lockhart did all the bad stuff!

Personally, Although i like book 1 I thought book 2 had more to offer in terms of suspense, it was a lot like the kinda books I read normally, like murder mysteries and such...

I can't stand murder mysteries! I like fantasies like LOTR and His Dark Materials - has anyone read them?

My fave character out of all the books is obviously Snape, but in book 3 my fave was Lupin - he's sooooo cool!

In book 2 Lockhart just annoyed me so much!

I loved the part with the garden gnomes. I read that part three times over it was so funny. I hope they show it in the movie.

Hi godpidgeon, welcome to Ascifi and the Harry Potter forum

What did you reckon to the rest of the book? Was the garden gnome bit your favourite?
