The ROTK end sequence is appalling. It is all geared up to try and emote the viewer. Went straight over my head. I want to see the scouring of the Shire. The Boromir scene had me choking back the tears, but was not so tear jerking as the scene from the book. Everytime I hear Sean Bean on those O2 adverts I get all emotional. Legends of the Fall makes me cry like a little baby. My girlfriend says that the scene where the horse dies in Dances with Wolves is her most tearful scene. |
