Re: Which 80's Tracks Are You Listening To?

I must admit I view the 80's as the time that musical tast mostly forgot That said, some 80s tracks are like guilty pleasures for me:

Ashes to Ashes - David Bowie
Hunting High and Low / Here I Stand and Face the Rain - A-Ha

actually, I can't think of any other now, but I;m sure there are some...

Re: Which 80's Tracks Are You Listening To?

I will gladly admit that 80's music is my absolute favourite. I lusted after A-ha and everything that they sang, and if it had a synthesizer in it, all the better! I have a couple of 80's tracks on my Ipod at the mo'. 'Say Hello, Wave Goodbye' by Soft Cell, and my absolute favourite song of all time '(Wishing) If I Had a Photograph of You' by the mighty Flock of Seagulls.

Currently playing in the car is How Can I Sleep With Your Voice In My Head, the A-ha live album. Admittedly it's cheating, 'cause a lot of the stuff on there is 90's or 00's, but it does include some 80's classics

Not sure if this counts, but I'm watching Pink Floyd live at Versailles - The Great Gig In The Sky.
The song dates from the early 70s, but this performance was in 1988.
