I just watched this last night - brilliant film!
The dialogue was crisp, filmatography was excellent, and there was a lot of good character in it.
Very good supporting cast, too - Gary Oldman as Gordon, Michael Caine as Alfred, Morgan Freeman as the source for the technology, and Rutger Hauer as director of Wayne Enterprises.
What was really interesting as well is that both the male and female leads were pretty plain looking, too - almost as if they opted for actors, rather than leads to stand around just looking pretty.
Frankly, I'm surprised to see a film of this quality come out of Hollywood - it's as if the bankers were so desperate to revive the Batman franchise that they let the
creative people make the film for once.
Definitely recommended.
