Voyager tear jerking scenes

I've been reading a lot about Voyager's funniest scenes or scary scenes. What about sad or tear-jerking scenes?

Cool

That is going to require some thought. Not many tears for me through the show.

Lemme get back to you on that.

i agree, there’s nothing I would actually call tear jerking, but some scenes were a little sad. The one close to the end of Scorpion 1, comes to mind.

(this might not be exact, can’t be bothered to check)

Janeway: Do you trust me, Chakotay?

Chakotay: That’s not the issue.......

Janeway: But it is. Only yesterday, you were saying that we’d face this together, that you’d be at my side.

Chakotay: I still have to tell you what I believe, i’d be no good to you otherwise.

Janeway: I apprecaite your insights but the time for debates is over. I’ve made my decision.........Do I have your support?

Chakotay: You’re the captain. i’m your first officer. I’ll follow your orders..........But that doesn’t change my believe that we are making a fatal mistake.

Janeway: Then I guess i am alone, after all.

Awwwwww, I really felt for her then! Will try and think of some more. In the mean time how abouts sharing some of these funniest/scariest scenes you’ve been reading soo much about?

you're right, that one was sad too. Maybe it has more tear jerkers than we realised? *puts on thinking cap*
