okay - the 'junior memeber' thing you can change in the 'edit profile' section -- that one's pretty easy -

as far as the aliens -- ya gotta post a lot to get 'em --

gettin' the first 3 isn't too bad -- but beyond that, it gets harder --

you get the 1st after 10 posts, the 2nd after 50, and the 3rd after 100 --- (don't remember after that, but i think next is 200 posts)
