I just checked the DVD Bits ( http://www.dvdbits.com ) and in their upcoming DVD's section, they have Stargate Volume 5 set to be released on AUGUST 8th 2001 GGRRRR

FOX are getting a phone call from me on monday morning, jeez, come august and the UK will have the first season 4 DVD, probably second, and we are still stuck in season 2.

This probably means the next video's are on the same date.

JAD, we have had lots of releases pretty quicxkly in the last few months? maybe they are just evening it out ?

yeah but what really annoys me is that in america you can get the WHOLE of the first season on dvd.....and the only way we can get it here is if we have a credit card!!!

Not even with a credit card Wilz. They haven't released s1 box set in Region 4 PAL format. So it's useless to most of us unless you have one of those all region DVD players, but they cost like heaps.

That sucks how it won't be out till AUgust. I wish they would stop jerking us around like this! Thanks for the info JAD, much appreciated my friend.

region free dvd's are not heaps expensive shelby, the one we were lookin at was Pioneer and was only $600, it was really good aswell......

unfortunately i can'tr really afford 600 if my stupid BROTHER went HALVES it would ONLY be 300!!!

Actually I do have a dvd player that can play dvd's from anywhere in the world....made sure of it when I bought the thing and the rest of the sound system as well....

I do feel for you. You haven't got the first season yet and that really sucks! Even us in the US have that and we I though until I read here was the most retarded in getting anything and the US releases Stargate...

I didn't realize that all region dvd's were so expensive... that really is nasty!

I have got a multi region hacked pioneer dvd player. It costs i think £170 which is about $250 sort of thing. Works very well.
