| Another mineral question, sorry! Vulcans mining on an uncharted planet in the Gamma quadrant, discover ancient Hur'Q ruins, and a cloth with metallic traces of a fourteen hundred year old bat'leth belonging to a Klingon icon. What were they mining? |

| While you are thinking about this, what do you think of these Vulcans? These must have been really dim Vulcans (obviously if you don't make your grades in class you become a geologist on Vulcan). They were on the planet for some time, but couldn't get through the force-field to the vault. Dax, Worf and Kor lower it in seconds. |

| well dax did have eight lifetimes of experience......i guess that would be enough to out do a few Vulcan geologists ![]() BUT I found the answer!!!!!!! I just bought the Star Trek Encyclopedia (very very cool) and according to it they were mining Bakinium!! YAY!! |

| I'm not playing, it's beneath the capabilities of my positronic brain to engage in such futile pursuits anymore. And I can't find anything on Winn being imprisoned, but it doesn't have an entry for her as being more than a Vedek. |
