I thought you liked harder ones-- tell me if you just want the answer, but first some more clues. Quark was offered these extremely useful Klon peags as a wager, but he declined the bid. Think First Season episode and a game called chula. Tell me the name of the alien race and a description of the things?

it was the Wadi, the first official diplomatic contacts from the Gamma Quad to come to DS9 (extra trivia ) still can't think what the klon peags are though, were they part of the game?

Yes, it was the Wadi. The Klon peags were Chopstick-like implements that are highly sought after in their culture and have many uses, so were offered to Quark as a wager. Quark wanted hard cash instead. I'm sorry I asked this question now. I liked this episode. I know many fans don't. I liked the little girl singing the nursery rhyme, I liked the game idea, and I thought that it was the first time that there was some real conflict in season one. I used to rent the episodes on video, but none were as good as 'Emissary' IMHO, and I almost gave up on DS9, then 'Move along Home 'came up and I got interested again.

I'm not saying it's your spelling. Most of these little facts and figures are exposed in conversation in the episodes and are not written down. If I look them up online or in one of my books, who is to say that they have the correct spelling or not? The main reason I say how I'm spelling it, is so some smart Alec doesn't come along later, and say that answer wasn't correct because it should have been blah blah! I have to go and eat now, and do some housework. (and I don't want to burn MY food) Catch you later with the answer to the "degrees" thing if I can!

Ok I'm back. I hate Ironing. Anyone want to do some? I'm not sure if these were degrees-- my sources give them as Academic honours, the other one says they were Premier Distinctions and were part of her Trill joining assessment. Anyway I have four subjects, so that must be what you wanted. Exobiology, Zoology, Astrophysics and Exoarchaeology. She also won a third-class pilot certificate.
