Faith/Buffy says it almost immediately after the fight in which they switch bodies, when Joyce asks "Buffy" if she's okay. In fact, those are the last words, right before the Executive Producer Joss Whedon credit appears.

For those who are curious this excerpt is from my Episode Guide to #071 This Year's Girl.

"Tara admires Willow's involvement in fighting evil. Willow reminds her that they are not going to do any fighting, just keeping a watch. Willow describes Faith, in catty terms and does a little impersonation. She imitates Faith's trademark "Five-by-five" line, which Faith uses instead of saying okay. Neither of them knows what it means though.

Beauty and the Beast
Xander: Oh! 'Call of the Wild.' Aren't we reading the Cliff Notes to this for English?
Willow: Some of us are.

Xander: Uh, no worries. I can handle the Oz Full Monty. I mean, not 'handle' handle, like 'hands to flesh' handle.
Willow: Okay. Well, it's not for you. It's for me, 'cause I'm still getting used to half a Monty.
Xander: Oh. Good. Half? You and Oz? Which half?
Willow: Wouldn't you like to know?

Giles: Right. It's good to see you. Um, no need to panic.
Oz: Just a thought. Poker: not your game.

Giles: How long... *exactly* did you...rest your eyes for?
Xander: A little now, uh, a little then. But I never heard Oz leave, and he was here in the morning when I, um...when I...
Giles: WOKE UP!
Xander: You could put it that way if you want to, Mr. Technical.

Buffy: Buffy Summers, reporting for sanity.

Cordelia: Oz ate someone last night.
Willow: He did not!
Xander: Oz does not eat people. It's more werewolf play. You know, I bat you around a little bit, like a cat toy. I have harmless, wolf fun. Is it Oz's fault that, you know, side effect, people get cut to ribbons, and maybe then he'll take a little nibble and...I'm not helping, am I?

Buffy: Oh, he definitely... marches to the beat of his own drummer. Actually, I think he makes his own drums.

The harsh light of day
Devon: That was, like, the best set ever. We'll do great in LA. We're gonna have them glued to their seats.
Willow: Uh, Devon? Aren't they supposed to dance?
Oz: Well, we can glue them to the dance floor.
Devon: I don't mean with real glue. You got that, right?
Oz: I got that.

Parker: I'm not doing the deep "get sympathy" routine. I mean, don't you just hate guys who are all, "I'm dark and brooding, so give me love."
Buffy: I don't think I've ever met that type.

Xander: I'm not enjoying this.
Giles: Well, shelve them correctly and we can finish.
Xander: I don't get your crazy system.
Giles: My system? It's called the alphabet.

Xander: And there's the whole you used to be a man-killing demon thing. Which, to be fair, is as much my issue as it is yours.

Buffy: Harmony's a vampire? She must be dying without a reflection. (LOL! uh isn't she already dead!)

Oz: Devon dated her for a while, but she was too flaky for him, which, stop and marvel at the concept.

Harmony: Hey, I don't have a pulse. Cool! Can we eat a doctor so I can get a stethoscope and hear my heart not beating?

Anya: I like you. You're funny, and you're nicely shaped. And frankly, it's ludicrous to have these interlocking bodies and not...interlock. Please remove your clothing now.
Xander: And the amazing thing is...still more romantic than Faith.

Buffy: One more thing before I go...
Parker: A kiss.
Buffy: Well, I was going to go with pants, but, uh, a kiss is good, too.

Harmony: You love that tunnel more than me.
Spike: I love syphilis more than you.

Oz: Okay, either I'm borrowing all your albums, or I'm moving in.
Giles: Oz, there are more important things than records right now.
Oz: More important than this one?
Giles: Um, well I suppose an argument could be made for...
Xander: Whoa, Giles has a TV. Everybody, Giles has a TV! He's shallow like us.
Oz: I got to admit, a little disappointed.
Giles: I-I-I...
Willow: Well, maybe it doesn't work. It's like art.
Giles: Uh... public television!

Spike: The gem of Amarra. Official sponsor of my killing you.

Buffy: Am I repulsive? If there was something repulsive about me, you'd tell me, right?
Willow: I'm your friend. I would call you repulsive in a second.

I may have misread your question. I thought you meant when after the switch does Faith first say "Five-by-five."

The very first time she says it is easy to find. Just go to the Buffy Shooting Script site OR Psyche: Buffy Transcripts and search for "five" in Faith's first episode,"#037 - Faith, Hope and Trick."

------------------
OZ: Something occurring: you both kill the vamps and who could
argue with that, but -- I'm wondering about your position on werewolves.

WILLOW (proudly): Oz is a werewolf.

BUFFY (to Faith): Long story.

OZ: Got bit.

BUFFY: Apparently not that long.

FAITH: Hey, long as you don't go scratchin' at me or humpin' my leg, we're five by five.
---------------------

This quote also contains one of my favorite running gags from Buffy. The "long story" gag which occurs in several episodes.

[Asmiley: I wonder where she got that from any way?]

Well actually, Asmiley, I explained that about 10 messages back. Read my message that immediately follows your post that started this whole "five-by-five" thread. And that will be 20 demerits for not keeping up with the discussion, hee hee.

Nono No I did not say what does it mean i said I wonder where she got it from? You know like if she learned it when she was little or saw it on tv or if it's just her fave number.

ooops, once again I misunderstood your question.

Well, not knowing very much about Faith's past... in fact, we know almost nothing about her past, it would be pretty hard to figure that one out.
