no they weren't but i've just checked it out!! WOW!! People even more obsessed with quotes than me! who'd have thought it was possible.

dunno about that cos I'm English, but i think it means the same a tizzy, basically "dont have a tizz" is the same as "dont have a cow" or something like that!
