Parson, you are an inspiration, though I know you were not alone in your quest.

I'm carrying an extra 40 lbs. myself, though since I have cut back on my meals, I am not growing sideways anymore.

Next: exercise. Trouble is, I get hungry when I exercise. Really hungry. As in: steak and potatoes followed by apple pie kind of hungry.
