I forgot what that thing on harper's neck is. i know in "Harper 2.0." it was used to download a program into his head. But why did he have it beforehand?

I think it is what he uses whenever he hooks up to the computer or Andromeda. It is some sort of interface that lets him hook right into the machines and do things in them.

Also he can put a tiny cd like thing into his dataport and access the information on it instantly. It's just too cool

I know I asked the same question in another thread. Got the same answers. I mean was he born with it or what? How did he get it? Was it given to him did he hook it up himself? I can't wait to see if the show answers these questions...
