| If you have a teletext TV, a lot of the programs will text the songs, its so neat, its like having a karaoke machine. I get to sing along to lots of different programms that way. ![]() |

| Sometimes the subtitles are funny in their own right: I have heard that in a Deep Space Nine episode called 'Sanctuary' with a huge crowd scene, all you can hear is a general low mumble, mumble from the crowd, and it is impossible to make out anything above a loud roar. But, if you switch on the closed captioning the subtitles say things such as "This is great!", "This is incredible.","This is pretty far out.","Dig this place." |

| reminds me of the time on something with frank skinner. cowboys eating beans and they showed what the subtitles said. can't quite remeber but i think it was 'parp parp #musical f**ting#' or some such nonsense. what a divert! ![]() |
