| Wherever I Am, I'm There | Barbaradoll, Welcome to this site. You will enjoy it here, there is lots to do and the people are friendly. One word of caution though, and don't think bad of me saying this. Some people can get really annoyed if you post something that they haven't seen yet. It's called 'Spoiling'. Especially, if you put it in the thread title, as you have. You have to understand that some people in some countries won't have seen up to Season 8 yet. I have only seen 5 episodes, but someone has already let it be known that it is an alien baby. What you should do is put it in the 'Season XXX' section or this 'Scully' section which Mythinglink has moved it, or for smaller forums, give 'Spoiler space': type (SPOILER) but using the[] brackets. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION In the episodes that I've seen he doesn't know yet, because she was in hospital after 'Roadrunners', and it took longer for her to be released because they were doing "just some tests". He didn't seem to click why that should be. |

| Wish I could remember the title of the episode, but if you don't want to know anymore about this subject, escape out of here now. ![]() [SPOILER] Doggett now knows about Scully's baby, but not who the father might be. As for it being an alien hybrid that's still up in the air, from Doggett's POV. Doggett finds out when he is approached by the guy we all know and love from Stargate SG-1, Kawalski who asks them to investigate the death of his wife after she gives birth to a supposeded alien hybrid child. Scully finds out that herself and her baby might be at risk also when they are led to another woman who is ready to give birth as well and she has the same doctor that Scully has. Long story short -- the other woman whom Scully has tried to take to a safe place, gives birth to what everyone is being told is a normal, healthy baby. Scully and her baby are told they are fine. So who believes this? ![]() Cheers, |

But thanx to www.insidethex.co.uk i have read a whole heap of season eight scripts. Yeah to scully having a baby - it's mulders right? (by the way ihave no spoiler problems) Anything else you people can tell me about the wee bundle of joy? Jaxie |

| Wherever I Am, I'm There | Sorry, but I don't believe anything anymore until I actually see it for myself on my own TV set. There are so many internet rumours, fake scripts, multiple filmed endings, even fake scripts sent out by studios, that nothing is clear anymore. It's good fun to speculate though. I've just seen 'Via Negative' and if Doggitt dosen't know Scully is pregnant yet then he should be sacked, because he's no good as a detective! |

| Wherever I Am, I'm There | Scully, spent the whole episode in hospital. He went to the ward and looked through the window at her. Are you telling me he didn't peek a look at her notes or bribe a nurse for information? It is obvious that some thing is up, Skinner made that certain when he told him not to phone her. Any detective just couldn't leave that alone. |

| I think Skinner is protecting Scully as they have been through so much together...and they don't know Dogget that well to be letting him in to things like Scully's pregnancy. I also think that Agent Dogget definitely fills Mulders' shoes and i think he will excede him. starling |

| Wherever I Am, I'm There | Well I still think that Doggett should have guessed before he finally found out, epecially during the events early in 'Per Manum'. And why did they get him out of bed, to go to that cafe, in the middle of the night, just to tell him nothing? So if I've got it right (and I think we are beyond spoilers on this now): Scully had IVF treatment, with Mulder as a Donor, but the Dr. is a CIA agent, so he may have swapped the donation with some alien hybrid variety in some perverse undercover experiment that the government is undertaking. Is that about right? |

| yip, that's about right Dave...although, i don't know if it will turn out that Scully's baby has been swapped for an alien one...we'll just have to wait and see. About Agent Doggett coming to the cafe...i don't really understand that bit either... starling |
