it's not THAT hard ---- ugh --- canon -- we're gonna have to write up the 10 commandments of screenwriting for a tv series and adjoining movies ---

1st -- Thou shalt NOT write any character out of character for any reason whatsoever

2nd -- Thou shalt check all available canon to be sure your script is correct on all counts and there is NOTHING the fans will catch that you screwed up!

3rd: Thou shalt not keep changing your mind on a character's attributes to suit whatever idea you think needs to be added to a script

4th: thou shalt remember the history given to every character and not alter it to fit the current storyline - rewrite the storyline!

yes - we need to hand off our commandments to the PTB, not just of Highlander, but everyone else as well -- lots of shows 'fudge' or ignore the canon to make stuff fit -- stupid them --

I had a good break, i didnt go on hol really, just went back to my parents place (while they were away) and chilled thoroughly!

tho -- i probably should -- going for long periods w/ no vacation can be very bad!!

oh - believe me -- i know the feeling --

SO wish i could just jet out of here whenever i wanted -- take a week or two off and come back all set and ready to go again --

but - ya know -- if i had a job i loved, i wouldn't need vacations as often ---- maybe i should try that??

that would definatly be a plus...but I have a job I love and I could still use a nice week long vacation right about now
