The comments on the film "alien" have been moved out of this thread and into the one called "Alien" cos they are more relevant there... (and also cos that thread was all sad and empty looking )

Sequels are never that great. They just start to run out of ideas. Especially is there are 500 million sequels :rain: Makes it hard to watch, they're kind of predictable.

Wow! I soo know what you mean. Although I've never seen the first "the Mummy" I saw the "Return of..." and I knew from watching enough scifi-movies that the guy would fly up with the "magic carpet" just in the nick of time.

Oh By the way Mark still haven't seen the movie for this thread.

yeah it was predictable but I still enjoyed it

Some sequels are better than the original though

take the original of this thread (Alien) and compare it to Aliens

there is no contest, Aliens was waaaaay better IMHO neway
