Hi I've listened to it again and at a guess I would say its probably Enigma (but don't quote me on it). I have sent an email to the official X-Files site and am awaiting a reply. Annette.

Hi there. I have found a website which tells you what pieces of music were played in which episodes. Their address is members.tripod.com/jenru For season 7 just click on Season 7 (obviously) but you can find out about the other seasons as well. Hope that helps. Annette.
