Regarding Jaime and the girl on the horse, I want it to be true but if Jaime saw her before he, Brienne and Cleos got to the inn (which I think is true because they were still in the boat when they saw her), then I don't think it could have been Arya, because didn't she and Hot Pie and Gendry later arrive at the same inn from the opposite direction? Unless they doubled back, I suppose, or my sense of Westerosi geography could be hopelessly out of whack...
