Smile

I listen to a wide variety of music.
There are good and bad songwriters in every type of music. The CD I have been listening to the most lately is All That You Can't Leave Behind by U2. I also find that I still pull Rattle & Hum out a lot.

Also like songs by:

Bob Marley
Dave Matthews
Pearl Jam
Barenaked Ladies
Mariah Carey
Radiohead
Siouxsie and the Banshees
the Cure
Beatles
Beck
Madonna
Peter Gabriel
REM

The list could go on and on...

it is good to see U2 coming back from the brink and producing some good music again, after being frankly odd with their stuff in recent years...

Remember when they did the whole Pop tour thingy with appearances at K-Mart?

I am enjoying All That You..., although I think Bono might be having a moderate to severe mid-life crisis judging by some of the lyrics.

Cool

I love "where the streets have no name". The video for that one is great too.
Beautiful Day is the best thing U2 have done since Joshua Tree.

Talking my fave music

Well, i'm new to this, my mate peachy referred me to this, so, i thought i'd add my own collection

Robbie Williams
Alanis Morrisette
Texas
Eminem(although very contraversial!!)
Maddonna
Mel C
did i say Robbie Williams? lol

I'd better stop there cos, i could go on for ever. I went to see Robbie Williams at Glasgow, what a show, what a performer, what a babe... I going to see him at Hampden, i guess i must be a bit mad!! Peachy will deny this of course!
