Oh, Yes Peter Davidson. He played Kirsten, or is that Kristen on All Animals Great And Small
I believe in Dr. Who, he wears the red and white pants, and a bow tie? White Jacket? Vest sweater with two stripes horizontal at the bottom? It's been years since I haven't seen that in years. Also, he wore a stripped hat.

I liked pretty much, but I loved Dr. Who 4 more than 5.

Cheerio then, pip pip, and all that.
