Well, no posts for ages, so Ursa Major did a good job of killing the thread. Being a newbie, however, I'm sure I can see it off once and for all...

I'm not here to kill the thread (whose name is Jim, by the way).

Jim has been on holiday for the last few weeks, but is now refreshed and waiting to fend off any who'd wish to terminate him.

I've just killed about 6 threads. You end up feeling a bit, well, unloved! You just imagine people reading your post, and tumble weed rolling across your keyboard.

It's the threads you start that few people even visit, let alone post in, that you have to worry about. (And then not much: they're only threads, after all.)

Ahhhh, the innocence of the new poster.

If only you had just let it lie we could have had Ursa up for thread-slaughter. However, here we are instead celebrating it's good health.
