The timers are set and time is a flowing,
And Jack thinks we should really be going.
The Gate is open but the iris is shut,
If they go though now they'll only go splut.(!!!!)

Oh me oh my oh what have you done?
Please I beg you this is no longer fun.
I'm doing it now, it's there all the time.
I can't think or write unless it's in rhyme.
Please be honest say what you think.
Is there hope for me yet or should I just turn to drink.

Apophis escapes with the use of his rings
Jack said he wishes he had one of those things

Teal'c has the GDO and punches the code
Just as Apophis' ship starts to explode!

Cap't Crash have no fear
The end is quite near
We'va all had our fun
But the stories almost done
I too cannot help but to write in rhyme
Perhaps we will all recover in time

Sam cries" waddya mean? He could kill us all"
Jack replies "with Maybourne on his team Apophis is sure to fall"

Leelu, I was carrying on from JSC's post further up the page which refers to Apophis wanting Maybourne, so I handed him over (wahey).

Daniel yells "close the iris, we're all okay"
Sam says "shame about Maybourne, but he'll be back someday"
They head for the debrief, and maybe a snack
To plan a re-visit, this time to attack

The general's eyes twinkled, "Poor Apophis, although,
he deserves it. Mission acomplished, on leave you must go!"

(Knowing my two favorites snakes are together
Makes me smile through all kinds of weather
In rain, snow, sleet, and sun
I hope their tale is not done
or we only have SG-1 and not that sum lump
to love, dump on, thump on, and whump!!)

she turned him down flat, despite Teal'c's wishing

i've got a cycle to finish she said in her head
and with that turned off the light and went to bed

I think we oughta start another one...how about you guys?

Sorry, I was so caught up in the drama of the moment, I did not stop to read it more carefully. The very thought of Mayborne on SG-1 gave me a sort of tunnel vision, going on to a faint!!
