Torte.....

My father, a civil servant for many years, is also a tax lawyer, and does a lot of wills/estates. He did taxes for many years for this lady who made the MOST spectacular, many-layered torte cake. Probably 20 or 30 layers, covered with this semi-hard glaze. She's unfortunately passed on, but in the 10-15 years since that happened, I've still not tasted the like....
