It was your question, just declare a winner and we'll move on. We're still kind of figuring this game out as we play, so no worries about any confusion. IMO, we should do this the way we've been doing "who said that" and just have the question poser declare a winner, even if it means having to figure out who gave the most information, was on the right track, etc.
If it would be easier and people are agreeable, I'd be happy to act as the informal mediator/moderator of this game. I've kind of been doing that when needed in "who said that" already.
