yeah, right now it looks like liz and max will get right back together, but i have one question: what about liz's new boytoy? what's going to happen with him?

I don't think Liz thinks of Maria's cousin as a boy toy. I think she was just trying to move on from Max. Trying to get over Max. When it came to do sleep with him, she couldn't do it. So, that tells ya something. I think. You never know what the writers may come up with. Sometimes they can be very tricky. But I like surprises so I can't wait to see what's in store for the Roswell group. Anyone know the date of the season premiere?

i didn't mean 'boy toy' in the sense that she was only messing around with him or anything. All I meant was that while Max was moving on with Tess, Liz was busy doing some moving on of her own. When the season starts they will have to resolve whether or not she's going to get together with Max, or if she will still have too many issues and stay hooked up with Maria's cousin. Something else they will have to address is the fact that Liz told Max that she didn't sleep with Kyle, but she didn't say why she let Max think she did. If she does explain the whole 'Future Max' thing it could still be a way for the writers to keep them apart longer. In most shows you can only have one pretty much permanant couple, otherwise the show gets boring. (Imagine Friends with Joey + Peobe, Ross + Rachel, and Chandler + Monica all constantly together.....it gets old really fast!) Anyway for this show that couple seems to be Micheal and Maria. In other words, Max and Liz will get to enjoy lots of turmoil throughout the length of the show to keep it interesting. (Unless Micheal and Maria break up)

i find this couple cute even though there's turmoil. i think the turmoil adds a little commotion to what would be a pretty good relationship. the entire "i saw into her soul" thing makes it really romantic. i just hope they get together in the end.

Tokyogirl...good point about Liz not telling Max about "Future Max". I almost forgot about that. I think she definately needs to tell him about that and you're right it may keep them apart longer (darn). Oh well, I'll never stop watching no matter what they do. I can't wait 'til the seasom premiere!:reyes:
