I loved the Nov. 7 episode Harvest it is one of my 5 faves. However at the end of the show that gave a music plug to a second rate band I never heard of. Yet they over look a GOOD singer. Gene Autry. It is his song "Back in the saddle again" which is playing in the background when the Roswell teens talk to the Skin's congresswoman familly. I bring this up because Gene is a good singer not the best but, he is better than 90% of the music that the show plugs.

I noticed that. I think maybe because the WB is looking for a young audience for this show, so they didn't reference him fearing that many of the target audience would not know who it was. I happen to have grown up on country oldies so my kids have been exposed to it.

Hey guys! I like country music, especially the older stuff, so when I heard that song I started squealing. I admit it, I squealed.

I like most of the music on the show, like Dido and Sheryl Crow (I shall believe). But I was really happy to hear a classic too.

I like the music on the show too for the most part.
It was good to hear Gene Autry, though I felt it was used with a tongue-in -cheek attitude.
