Numerous federal buildings in the US failed to detect agents who walked through security checks with bomb-making equipment. Apparently a combination of poorly trained personnel and a failure to follow proper procedures have left many federal buildings open to terrorist attack. One wonders just how great a danger of such an attack there is, considering that no one has taken advantage of a situation that must have existed for some time.
