Yes. I HATE CHANNEL FOUR! They edit it much to much, so it'll hardly worth taping, and they should just put it on l8r. Altho Sky One's not wonderful, 'cos they edit as well. Altho they get new series' pretty quick...

It's hard to decide who's better.
I loved Moser. Tobias Moretti was great as Moser. It must be very difficult for Gedeon Burkardt (sp.?) to play Brandtner after Moretti. Especially in such a popular TV series. But, I think that I like him more than Moretti.

I like him too! First I was sceptical, but he did a great job. But I liked Tobias more. I'm still watching almost every movie he makes. He's great!!!

I hope Ch4 get right onto S3 when 2's finished. Didn't they just make you mad when the cut it without warning after 'Thors Chariot' back in October?
Lucky you with Sky, I'd be totally useless as far as the plot went though, as they were on series 4.

No, I'm still in Vorarlberg. Tomorrow at 6.40 am I will go by train. On the one hand I'd like to stay here longer but on the other hand I can't wait seeing Vienna and my own little flat again.
The semester begins on March, 1st. Then I'll already have my first test in that semester.
I'm studying Psychology.
And: NO problem, I asked you holes in your stomach, too.

Hey, have you heard Gedeon Burkart stopped playing Brandtner? Yesterday he had his last day with the crew and in summer this year the next season will be shot with another actor! *Grmbl*

WOW, never heard about it. It's a pity. I really like him as kommisar Brandtner. Any rumours in Austria who will be that new actor? I think it'll be really hard for him after Moretti and Burkhardt.

I'm not sure, put there are two TV channels, one german and other austrian, they are Rex owners, am I right? I read they hadn't decided yet between an austrian or german actor.

I agree with you, summershake, my favourite is Moretti, he's a great actor.

Yes, Moretti was grrreat!
Okay, an actor called Alexander Pschill (strange name; he's from vienna, too) is probably acting in season eight. There's a picture of him in an austrian magazine, well I don't know, maybe the pic is not so good, but he doesn't look very great at it.
The second one they're talking about is A. Herder. His pic, well he really doesn't look good! (looks like almost fifty on the pic)
And now the real news: Because there were always acting men in the show they decided to now let a girl play a role: They want Elke Winkens (born in german, lives in Vienna) to take over a part in the show!
The austrian channel ORF1 always had the rights on the show, it's austrian, but the german Sat1 bought the rights and is now ... 'Auftraggeber'... don't know what it means in english. Vera, can you maybe translate it?
I'm sooooo sad that now Brandtner is leaving too. The first ep. of the last season with him in will be aired here on March, 22nd.

There is an "Andreas Herder" in the IMDB but I don't know if he's the actor you said. I'm searching the Inet for a pic. And I like the idea of a woman in the show, I also found a pic of her (http://www.agenturrehling.com/damen/winkens_l.html).

Do you know what's gonna happen with Brandtner? I mean, he will die or something like that?
