The quote came from Children of the Gods when Jack took Daniel back to his place after they came back from Abydos. He had given Daniel a beer and Daniel had said he was already feeling the buzz.

Ah..that explains it - that's one of the scenes which is not present in all versions of the pilot.

Loved that quote! Everyone seems to have their favorite. Jack has the best one liners! With apologies to all the other characters and Jack has the best! (But he is a producer as well as star... but he often comes up with some of them himself~you go!RDA) I love many of his Season 4 liners although Daniel got some good ones in in Tangent!
