Interesting enough people are picking on things like costuming and cgi as being inferior for Andromeda right off the bat. (This I'm gathering from mailing lists.) Remember the costumes they first had in ST:TNG - looked like they were painted on. I hated them, but as distracting as they originally were, I made it through until we ended up with episodes like Yesterday's Enterprise and the one I love with Picard when he lives an entire life on a world that dies when he's unconscious on the bridge of the Enterprise (I can't remember the title, but Patrick Stewart was absolutely fantastic in that and the story and plot were superb.)

So I'm ready to give it a good go and just enjoy it without worrying too much about all the little stuff.

Hi all!

I think Kevin will do a great job as Dylan, as everyone had said Kevin is a great actor.
I think is cool seeing him in a different kind of character because Hercules and Kull have
some similarities. But Dylan is totally different for the other two characters.

i love andromeda, i first started watching cause big kev was in it, but the stories are really good, and i think it's all coming together nicely. it was a wee bit slow to start with, but aren't most things, anyway i'm glad i stuck with it, cause it's great and i wouldn't miss it, does anyone know when the new series is due to start?

Should be the next Monday...My area will be getting it On April 14. It will be the episode Fear and Loathing in the Milky Way. The Nightsider Geretenx will be returning.:rolly2:

I can hardly wait for some new episodes.
This show like most shows took a while to build and develop the characters. Now that it has done so it is turning into a really decent show.

Sometimes you just have to be patient with a show. Especially scifi shows that are set in completely different worlds. They have to introduce the world they are set in as well as the characters.

Really like Kevin as Dylan. He plays the part really well.
