On Christmas Eve, Mulder and Scully are trapped in a house haunted by its murderfilled history. They encounter the mansion's original owners - and struggle to stay alive until midnight.

How much do i adore this ep! Muchly! Lol! Is that even a word? There are so many good scenes and lines, and with only 4 ppl! Its a classic XF ep - it was chosen by SKy One viewers as their fav out of 6 eps, tho i can say whoever picked tho eps was not a Philes, the choice was - Salvage, DeadAlive (i'll give them this one ), and some other rubbish ones, the only one i saw that wasnt from S8 or 9 was How The Ghosts Stole Xmas, so i reckon they made the best possible choice for this!

I love how the ghosts are almost spot on with their assessments, and where Scully screams when Mulder scares her with the torch, or where Scully and Lydia scream when they see each other for the first, and when Scully faints lol, and also when Mulder and Scully see their bodies in the ground for the first time. Its all good lol, i love this ep, i cant say that enough!

Re: 6.08: How the Ghosts Stole Christmas

Without a doubt one of my favourite eps. Four brilliant actors, a fine script, sublime direction. A thing of unearthly beauty.
