A "frog holocaust" in Georgia draws Mulder and Scully in, particularly after reports of a Loch Ness Monster type of creature in the waters. Scully is more skeptical than ever, though that skepticism is put to the test when boddy parts start appearing, and she and Mulder witness actual attacks.

I must admit I found parts of this episode quite funny. The one part being when poor Scullys dog 'got eaten'. Such a shame!!!!!! The other funny part was when Mulder and Scullys boat capsized leaving them stranded as they thought quite far from shore, when in fact they were just a stones throw away. The dog was called Queepeg after a character in Moby Dick. Such a shame that the agents failed to find the real culprit responsible for the killings, believing it to be an alligator. Annette ![]()

Hehe, I'm totally with you Annette. The whole of the episode was very funny. I really enjoy the more light hearted episodes. Concidering it's only a television show, I felt quite guilty for laughing when the poor pooch died! Nicola x x

Re: 3.22: Quagmire I go up to Loch Ness a couple of times each year and this ep portrays a very realistic view of monster hunting - getting soaked in the middle of nowhere and buying tacky merch. One of my favourite X Files, although I'd have loved to see an ep actually set at Loch Ness.
