Choose your book!

I'm a little late but you'll forgive me, right?

Vote for the book you'd like to read from the list. I'll keep this open for a few days to allow everyone interested to vote.

Re: Choose you book!

It's a good list in general - I'd be happy to see this being our first 5. Which of the five to be first? My vote is in.

Well, my vote is in. I can't wait to see what wins. Hopefully there will be a winner before my next library trip. If not, well... you can never have too many trips to the library. There is just no such thing.

Re: Choose your book!

All things considered, I voted for Dune because it has been too long since I read it. I have access to all the other books except the Kage Baker book.

BTW, just to make it totally clear, when I suggested Nightfall I meant the original short story, not the Silverberg co-authored novelisation.

Cheers.

Re: Choose your book!

Poll closed! Our chosen book for this month is Dune by Frank Herbert. This should be readily available at most libraries or at second-hand bookstores. Acquire it, read (or re-read) it and we'll begin discussion on February 1st.

I'll open a new thread so that anyone who has specific topics they'd like to discuss regarding this book can post them for all to see.
