One of the sites that I visit when I need to find answers to some of the questions about the System Lords and such is at
http://www.kalama.com/~mariner/qsemythology.htm
It's a link page that will take you to several mythology sites on the web and includes mythology from just about any time era and any culture.

Cheers,

The websites on the show were fake. If you look real closely at the sites, you can see file://C:/

Encyclopedia Mythica

Here`s the address for Encyclopedia Mythica. It`s got stuff on Norse and Egyptian mythology among others so you can swot up on Thor aswell as all the Egyptian stuff. Did anyone know that there actually was a place called Abydos. Go to Mythica for more...

Cool

ABYDOS, yep that's in Egypt, been there..
It's the cult centre of OSIRIS..Quick plug here for Tok'ra Times..Dr Jackson's God Of The Month, issue 8 and issue 9, focus's on OSIRIS.

Also I got so fed up with the writers getting the Egyptology myth wrong..That I have started to do an intensive web site, and mainly Egyptian Myths, but also other Gods as well.

http://go.to/drjackson

Obviously not fully functional yet, but you cna see who vast it will be.

Many thanks

The website http://www.ancientegypt.co.uk has loads of info on all the gods and goddesses, including Iset and Wsir, as well as other ancient egyptian stuff.
Theres also a place in Egypt called Nagada.
