Balinor, with the plot line I've worked out I don't intend there to be magicians in this story, but I've not ruled out the possibility. There will be some 'magic' involved, but I don't want to give too much away. There will, however, be plenty of space for mythical and magical creatures, so any suggestions along those lines will be good. I'm not big on elves and dwarves as I always feel that using these makes everyone instantly compare them to the races in Lord of the Rings, so the majority of the characters will be human.
I'm sure that one of the characters could be Matt. His full name might be Mattias, or Mathias. Matt is a nice, simple name, and I always like to keep the names simple in my stories.
