Beautiful women, all day parties, great food, 100 day life? Would be a definite draw back, but I guess you would get used to it if you were born into it. Was a very interesting episode. Did make you think about your life and if you are living it to the fullest. I give it a 8 out of 10.

Saw this one for the first time last night when it was shown on TV.

I thought it was a really superficial treatment. The problem appeared to be insurmountable and then HEY PRESTO! it was solved and Jack was supposed to just get back to normal.

I didn't think the acting was particularly good either, from anybody. It was the first time I've squirmed whilst watching RDA (and this is someone I generally seriously drool over). Squirmed alot more than with Divide & Conquer. I hope he's not really going to be like that when he gets old.

And the Chosen Ones went from fawning adoration to overthrowing the tyrant god way too quickly and easily.

The idea could have been really interesting but I think it really needed a double ep format. It was just all over too fast.

The bottom of the heap

Sam's face while Kynthia (sp?) said the cake was only 4 Jack and the comment that followed had me in stitches! Plus the fact that she didn't even raise an eyebrow when seeing her CO in nothing but a towel struck me as a little odd. (although maybe it wasn't such a shock considering what happened in the locker room in 'The Broca Divide'.) And the fact that Jack didn't even get so much as a telling off 4 what he did whilst on an Official mission 2 an unknown planet possibly putting his team in danger really annoyed me! So it was ok because he's a guy? I wonder how they would have reacted if it had been Sam in his position?

It's OK cos he's ace!!!

I thought this was a pretty cool episode, although the whole 'old Jack' thing went on far too long. 7/10

Question Ageing

Is it really that easy to reverse the ageing process? I haven't seen this one for ages but I'm sure Dr Frasier said something about Jack's body only appearing to have aged! Once the cells die, like in the brain, there is no known way to reverse it! He recovered far too easily! Sorry for any Jack fans out there. Or am I just being too pinickity? :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: If was that easy then the SGC should patent it cos there would be an awful lot of people looking for the cure to ageing!!!

I suppose the opposite question is also relevant - even with a nano-virus, is it possible to age so fast? [Without it just being a cosmetic, surface, appearance change.]
