MythingLink Anything directed by Peter DeLuise. <G> I have come to believe that he is SG1s premiere director. I have loved every episode that he's done and it is fun to find 'The Hitchcock' he does in each. Comedy wise, my favorite episode has to be Urgo. (We named my son's iguana Urgo after seeing this one.) I can just imagine the fun that that set was with both DeLuise's on board. I nearly feel off the couch when Urgo switches to Peter with that huge grin on his face when Sam is getting ready to run the EM pulse to try to get rid of him. After the show was over, my son wanted me to rewind to that part so that he could see it again. Cheers, ---------- MythingLink The Woolfden: http://www.woolfden.net

sime Was indeed a classic episode, the wife nearly died laughing at Teal'c and his coffee antics. Strangely enough both Amanda and Chris said @ Wolf SG-1 that making this episode was without doubt the most fun they ever had and that it was amazing that there is actually footage without them all in hysterics. I certinally enjoyed it although I think some die hard fans would rather have seen more of Apophis and the Jaffa. Good choice! Later, ---------- ---- Sime@00 ---- http://www.sgc-uk.com

sime Ok so Mythinglink votes for Urgo, well old Sime votes for "Forever In A Day" It just took me completely by surprise. Sha're / Amonet (Daniel Jackson's Wife / Apophis's Queen) diying like that... NOT EXPECTED me thinks.. it took some real courage on the part of the writers, the acting was superb, and poor old Daniel ends up loosing the love of his life (they really love to knock him about). Totally unexpected, excellent acting, not a dry eye in the house ... darn good stuff! Later, ---------- ---- Sime@00 ---- http://www.sgc-uk.com

| MythingLink I agree that FIAD was a good ep and I just watched a series on Discovery or maybe it was History channel about some of the ceremonies they go through when the Egyptians bury their dead. The scales and feather thing comes directly from that. Thought it was a great bit of using actual historical references in the show. | Sean3w I'm sorry but the episode that I like the best is Window of Opportunity. Season 4 ep. Spoiler. ** LOTS OF COMEDY IN THIS ONE. Teal'c getting hit by a door everytime the loop started, O'Neill and Teal'c juggling, O' kissing carter. O' AND T' playing golf through the gate. O' riding his bike through the halls. It's just funny. hahahahehe. ---------- Check out SG 2070 at http://www.geocities.com/~casey10060/stargate Next week it'll be http://www.sg2070.com |

I haven't seen all episodes yet. We're now in the middle of season 3 in CR (the last ep. was FIAD). Of the ep's I've seen my favourites are "Into the Fire" and "Point of View".

Now, after the end of the season 3 in CR, I think that I love the most Jolinar's Memories and The Devil You Know. These two eps. have everything you could hope to watch - action, adventure, frienship etc., and almost all important character of the show - except SG-1, also favourite Tok'ras Jacob/Selmak and Martouf, Goa'ulds (especially return of Apophis).

I remember when I was watching The Devil You Know and realizing that they have some hidden clues in the title sometimes, it dawned on me that it was going to be Apophis. I actually yelled it out and my son thought I'd gone nuts because he hadn't appeared yet. ![]() I was real glad to see because he's always been one of my favorite villians for the show and I was kind of disappointed that they had killed him. Cheers,
