| Farscape to return in 2008!!! Well, fellow Scapers, it appears that Farscape is coming back again! Yay!  Brian Henson has announced plans for a sequel to the Peacekeeper Wars in 2008, but it will have to wait until he completes The Dark Crystal 2 film first. | Re: Farscape to return in 2008!!! I really love Farscape, but I have a friend who soured on it after the first season or two. She said it lost the balance of humor and seriousness that attracted her in the first place--that it got darker, more soap-opera-ish. Me, I liked both phases, but I have to admit that I enjoyed it even more when Crichton got darker and crazier as a result of being under constant stress so far from home and then got even nuttier when he had Scorpius in his head. And I always fall hard for a protracted love story, so I was completed engaged when the soap opera really kicked in as Aeryn Sun and Crichton did their "will they, won't they" relationship dance. If there is more Farscape, what do you think they'll give us in the way of humor/soap opera/action balance? |

| Re: Farscape to return in 2008!!! It was my favorite show until the new Battlestar Galactica. Farscape was unique because it had an anti hero. Not only that, the human looking aliens (aside from Crichton) were not the good guys. No other show has ever done this to my knowledge. |
