Well I have a different favourite charicter, I loved The Pirate King Kennit, why? Well I dont admire him, he's a man doing the right thing for the wrong reasons, I just admired the way he was written, the subtlety Robin Hobb brought to the charicter. Its been a while since I read them and must go through them again but I loved the way he became a hero even though he did not mean to or deserve it. I felt very sorry for him, a poor abused person damaged beyond reason.
But my all time favourite is of course our dear Nighteyes. The quote which I used in another thread about him watching the chickens and teasing Fitz that one might end up in his belly! |
