| Re: What comic books/graphic novels are you reading at the moment? Finished Marvel 1602. What if Marvel characters were to appear in the early seventeenth century London? Gaiman interweaves them flawlessly with the significant happenings of that particular interesting period of history...He does the said what-if-scenario without loosing continuity unlike many other such alternate history story counterparts. This tale (eight issue mini series) is such that you don't necessarily need much familiarity with the Marvel Universe to enjoy it (though having read the odd comic or two doesn't hurt) , this is testament to how good a writer Gaiman is and I've greatly enjoyed it. Definitely worth the investment if you're into graphic novels and must-have for Gaiman fans.
Now reading The Dream Hunters by Neil Gaiman & Yoshitaka Amano. Cheers, DeepThought
